She moved from Illinois to Nashville with the prospect of increased opportunity working in television. This proved to be advantageous for Nichole as she spent the last 25 years in front of the camera. Working as a show host at international shopping networks, Nichole also was featured in national campaigns, commercials, and print advertisements. ??

Nichole’s accomplished career in real estate began by selling luxury condos in mixed-use buildings in the downtown area of Nashville. Nichole thrives on the connections and relationships that develop when working on a project from start to finish with a developer. Experiencing the transformation of a property from the ground up still excites her. With proficiency in many areas, she feels selling luxury real estate is her expertise since cutting her teeth at Terrazzo, located in the Gulch in 2009. However, after living in several areas of Davidson and Williamson Counties over the last 23 years, she’s very knowledgeable in both counties. ??
