In addition, Nichole is licensed in Indiana, and uses the Long Beach @properties office as her home base for her IN business. Nichole grew up in Long Beach, so is very in tune to the lifestyle and benefits of living or owning a rental property at the beach, in town, or in the country in Indiana.

After graduating with a degree in business, as well as creative degrees, apparel merchandising and costume design, from Indiana University, Nichole worked the fast-paced marketing and community relations industry for 10 years. This experience, combined with @properties outstanding marketing as the #1 brokerage in Chicago, leads Nichole to provide the best tools and creative approaches for her clients.
When not working, Nichole loves to spend her downtime with her husband and three daughters and puppy. In addition, she enjoys traveling, being a foodie, being outside, and spending time with friends and family.
