Like many area residents, I am transplant. I first visited the Raleigh-Durham area in the Spring of 2015 and instantly fell in love. From the reinvestment in downtown Durham to the explosion of Cary and the ever-expanding bio-tech hub of RTP, I knew this was where I wanted to be. The Triangle has a great mix of opportunity, friendly people, history, outdoor activities, and as compared to California, a lack of soul-crushing traffic.

My first adventure into real estate was at the tail end of the 2008-2012 recession. As a personal finance dork, I ran the numbers and quickly saw the value of owning a house versus renting. To help cover the mortgage I rented the two free bedrooms, and just Like that I owned my first rental. That house was also my first fixer-upper. I currently own three properties in the Triangle and look forward to sharing my passion for real estate with my clients!
