Nick is a long time friend of mine and he helped me and my fiancé purchase our first home, we couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience. With how fast paced and crazy the market is right now having an agent that gives you realistic advice and knows the ins and outs and intricacies of the current market we think was paramount to our success. Nick taught us many things that we didn’t even consider when looking at houses and making offers (my parents and previous home owners I spoke to had no idea what escalation clauses and appraisal gaps were, and we didn’t either) and he made the process pretty simple for us. He created tailored search options to help find properties we might like in our desired areas, was able to show us every property we wanted to see in a timely manner, was on top of the mountain of paperwork that is necessary with each offer, and even helped us navigate some pretty fringe tax credits that we qualified for. And he was always willing to help us with whatever we need and answer our thousands of questions as first time buyers, even after we closed. Nick is one of the nicest guys I know and that extends to his professionalism as a Realtor. 10/10 would recommend.

Nick was very knowledgeable and present throughout the process. He hung in there with us after what was suppose to be a 6 month new home build turned into a 13 month new home build. Many of the realty agents that I dealt with don't measure up to Nick, he takes time to understand what I was looking for and got the deal done. My husband and I reached out to Nick DiNicola for assistance in shopping for a home. We were currently located in Colorado and searching for a home in Virginia. In this time we were not able to travel and personally view the home options with Nick due to COVID and an immunocompromised family member. We laid out our wants and needs in a property. We asked Nick to absolutely honest and please voice his opinions to us on the homes as if he was buying the home himself. Nick went above and beyond. He was very attentive, traveled all over the area in several towns and even up steep mountains to video tour homes with us. He communicated with following realtors, for further information and responded to all questions in a fast, friendly, and professional manor. Nick was knowledgeable on how to place an attractive offer and home values. At no point did we doubt his talent and services. We are very happy with our purchase. Nick has been awesome in the entire process of buying my first house. As soon as we found the property, he was attentive and assisted me throughout the process. Overall this was a great experience and I am appreciative of Nick's time and effort!

Aditionally, Nick's contract work has been a blessing also to add some beauty inside my home. He has painted, put up curtains and shelves and offered his expertise in this area!

Working with Nick was an amazing experience. My husband and I were first time home-buyers and we talked to several realtors before we decided to go with Nick because from the very beginning, we felt like he really understood our needs, our budget, and our vision for our first home.

The whole home buying experience was extremely smooth and Nick was available at every step. We could call him or text him at any time and he responded promptly and went above and beyond to make sure we had our questions answered and our concerns taken care of. He was very knowledgeable of the entire process from start to finish and he worked great with all the parties involved in the process.

He was especially helpful during the house tours since he has a background in construction, so he could easily point out parts of the house that were particularly well-done or areas that would need work, and many times these were small details that we might have overlooked otherwise.

We really enjoyed working with Nick and we would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a super knowledgeable realtor and a great working relationship!
