About Nick

Born and Raised in Garrett County, Nick has had the privilege of growing up in this beautiful area he calls home for 28 years. With an athletic 7-year background in professional motocross racing, he has utilized his skills in competitive racing at the highest level in the world and have applied those skills towards his career in real estate sales. This foundation has given him incredible opportunities to work with fantastic people throughout the purchase or sale of their home here at Deep Creek Lake and Garrett County. He has developed a great passion for winning and helping his clients achieve their real estate goals. Growing up with his dad, Rich Orr, who has played a huge role in many of the larger developments here at Deep Creek Lake, he has had the opportunity to learn and feed off of his ideas and knowledge of real estate in our unique market. With his work ethic and skillset, he has asserted himself as a top producing agent in the area with over 400 closed transactions and over $135,000,000 in closed sales volume.

In 2019, he became interested in renovating homes. Since then, he has completely renovated 3 homes and resold two of those homes. The renovation and remodel process are something he has learned and acquired a niche for, which has helped him guide many of his clients through their ideas and future plans.

In 2021, he successfully closed 105 transaction sides as a solo agent. This was the most of any solo agent in their market.

In February of 2022, he helped facilitate a lakefront development for a client to maximize the highest and best use of the property.
