Nick Gelfand

Nick Gelfand is extremely passionate about his profession. His focus since day one has been to become an expert in the field. Being an expert, he thinks, is the most important attribute he could have for his clients. He realized that being an expert in any field is a never-ending process. You constantly need to continue to dedicate yourself to the profession in many different ways. Luckily, he loves what he does and that makes it feel effortless. In addition to being a licensed Real Estate Broker in MA and CT, he holds MA Real Estate Appraisal License and a landlord. Community involvement is important to him. Over the years he has served on several boards, including Greater Springfield Habitat for Humanity. He always wants to be part of the solution and not the problem. In 2011 he was honored as one of the recipients of the 40 under 40 award from BusinessWest, the Business Journal of Western Mass.
