Sold our condo in Dallas and bought a house in Garland all with Matt Kelderman, and couldn't be happier with how everything went.

He worked hard to get us good prices on both ends, really fought for us during negotiations and knew the market well. The whole process was smoother than expected, and he was always quick to respond when we had questions or needed to move fast on something. Plus, he has great inspectors and contractors he works with, which made everything so much easier when we needed repairs or inspections done quickly.

Let's see... what can we say... we did exactly as we were asked to do as far as redoing/repainting our house which was built in 1978. We were promised we'd get "top price" for our home if we followed the suggestions, and so we did the repairs, etc.
How did our house selling story turn out? We had 20 visits within three days, multiple offers, and a contract within 4/5 days of putting it up for sale, during the Thanksgiving holidays! Doesn't get a whole lot better than that! And it was painless since we were out of town during the time it was listed, so we didn't even have one time of having to leave the house to let someone come see it (although we kept getting repeated requests to see the house even after the contract was signed).
So yes, we were very pleased with the outcome!

After a frustrating experience of poor communication, lack of service, multiple showings and fake feedback reviews, we canceled our house listing with a previous realtor.
During the 30 day rest period, I reorganized and interviewed 6 other agents from multiple “big name” companies and not so big name groups. Nate was the last one I interviewed. He was the ONLY agent who was interested in meeting both my husband and myself. Nate was completely transparent in his “pitch” and how he answered my interview questions. Extraordinary experience with the good home team.

How do I begin. I decided to list my house and chose a friend who is a realtor from a certain agency. After having the house in the market for 12 days with only one showing, we realized it would be better to take it down and reassess at a later time, once the COVID-19 collective panic slowed down some.

On the very first day after getting the house off the market I received upwards of 50 phone calls from different agencies and realtors wanting to earn my business and I calmly explained I decided to put it off for at least 30 days to reconsider options.

Out of all the people trying to earn my business only one stood out by doing the very same thing I do for my customers as I begin my sales pitch, send them a video where I make sure they know who they will deal with and how to find me.

In his own words “ we spoke on the phone and I wanted you to put a face on my name “. Guess what; that’s the one dude who made sure I remembered him when I went back in the market.

Needless to say, he followed up with me on the very same day I told him to call back, he offered to come do a presentation at our home for us to make sure their team was the right team.
By no means I am an easy customer to satisfy; As Army Veterans we have many things that influence our behavior. Personally, loss of memory, wanting things done right and done NOW, hot tempered, ready for the next step.
I forgot we had spoken and had set an appointment time and place but he was there on time. Offered to drive further to meet us at my in-laws since we weren’t home at the agreed time.
My wife is Beautiful, high maintenance, used to being treated and nothing less will cut it.
Originally we were only interested in selling the one house with them and be done, however, this guy did such an amazing job we pulled him in to get the business in a bigger home after we had a change of plans.

I am certain, the good homes agency has a stud on their team pulling strong on their behalf. The Good Home Team did a fantastic job with selling our house. We reached out to them in October to list our home for sale and to work to have it sold and us moved out by the end of the calendar year. Sometimes that can be a challenge, depending on the market.

Understanding our preferred timeline, David quickly sprung into action. Research, signs, postings, pictures and even a drone fly-by to get some aerial images. And it didn't end there. The hands-on approach David's team took, especially Stephanie, was wonderful. Stephanie kept us continually updated and guided us through the process with ease...like an Olympic Figure Skater on ice. :)

Once the house was posted we had showings every day, including the same day as the posting. While I understand that is in part to the overall market in our location, I believe this team elevated it beyond that and got our home out there to be seen by the world. Why do I believe that? With showings every day, often 2-4 per day, we had an offer in less than 2 weeks!

Honestly, I'm not sure where to start. We found The Good Home Team on google and decided to set up a meeting based on the great reviews. From our first interaction with Austin at The Good Home Team we were impressed. As first time homebuyers, we had done our research on the market but hadn't done as much in regards to the homebuying process overall and were nervous. Austin was hands-down the best agent we could have asked for.... and as excited we are that we've now purchased our first home, we'll miss our interactions with him!

He explained the homebuying process in detail during our first meeting and worked to understand what was important to us in finding a home, and began sending us homes to get an even clearer picture of what we wanted. From the first onsite viewing we attended he was knowledgeable, professional, and honest with us about the questions we had which made the process less intimidating.

I adore Nick and Ana!! They have worked diligently to get my husband and I the house of our dreams. Anytime we have a question, large or small, it is answered. We have been impressed with how quickly and efficiently they all have worked as a team. We are constantly updated without having to ask or reach out to them. Customer service is a big deal in today's world and they are A+++!!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I could go on-and-on about the great experience we had with the Nick and the Good Home Team. Two great contracts within 12 hours, and the closing went like clock work. A very special "shout out" to Stephanie. She took a personal interest to be sure all our questions were answered and all our wants and needs were met. BTW!!! I just read the few negative reviews. There has to be more to those stories than was told. This team is straight forward, honest, and most important trust worthy.

We moved to Austin and needed to sell our house in Dallas without all the constant trips up to Dallas with a toddler and a newborn. Nick Good and his team have made this possible. He has been a pleasure to work with, getting documents signed has been a breeze, we are always informed and up to date on progress and our house had its first offer within 6 hours! Closing is set for today and I am sure it will be as painless as the rest of the process! Highly recommend Nick Good and his team! Top-notch realtor team. They knew the market, listed my home at a fair price, marketed it to draw in buyers and their agents, ranked the multiple offers when received, and negotiated with the buyer in a fair and knowledgeable manner. Would not hesitate to use Nick and his Team again for either a purchase or a sale. They are calm and collected. Our house sat on the market for 9 months with two other agents before we were contacted by Gavin with The Good Team. I have to admit with all the promises made by Gavin we were skeptical to say the least. But Gavin was 100% right we sold our home in the first month we listed with Nick for full asking price. NIck immediately took charge when I asked him to sell my home. Pictures were taken and was included in a website featuring my home, all professionally done. There are certain things that are out of your hand such as the potential buyer being able to close in a timely fashion. Overall, Nick was definitely an asset and would work with him without a doubt!

As a first time home buyer I was extremely nervous about what realtor to use in the process. I was worried I would find someone that would not listen to what we wanted and send us on a chase for a house that was over our stated budget and not what we searching for.

I can say that my experience was anything but spectacular. Not only did The Good Home Team listen to what my wife and I were wanting in a house, but they made sure to stay within our stated budget and find a house that we have been happily living in for over 5 years.

The professionalism shown throughout the process was above reproach. This team listened so well that we found our house in two weeks, and had no concerns in the purchasing process that we were not being steered in the right direction.

Nick and his team were outstanding in the quality and timeliness of their service. Nick met with us on a Sunday afternoon to make arrangements for listing our house when we were faced with a sudden out of state move. The whole team was great in taking pictures of the home, timing the listing, and pricing the home to move quickly. We had an offer hours after the listing went live and closed on an offer above our listing price. They even handled the little"surprises" that come up in an out of state sales with grace and ease that made the whole process a breeze.
