Sold our condo in Dallas and bought a house in Garland all with Matt Kelderman, and couldn't be happier with how everything went.

He worked hard to get us good prices on both ends, really fought for us during negotiations and knew the market well. The whole process was smoother than expected, and he was always quick to respond when we had questions or needed to move fast on something. Plus, he has great inspectors and contractors he works with, which made everything so much easier when we needed repairs or inspections done quickly.

I told Nate Fisher that I wanted my house sold within 30 days by the end of October 2022 since interest rates were already up to 7%. Nate is AMAZING!!!!!

We started this process when we relocated from Houston and were looking for a rental. 2 years later we are buying our 1st home. My wife was very challenging throughout the entire process and Nate's expertise kept her calm the entire way. It took a little convincing to get her on board with a new construction so I am very thankful Nate was there. He "held her hand" thru the entire process. He made all the necessary calls and stayed on top of the builder and the seller's agent to keep things moving to my wife detailed specifications and that was a challenging task in itself. Needless to say he got us our PERFECT home.

We have more family moving to Texas early next year and Nate is already on board to help.

I am a licensed realtor and real estate investor. Despite having a real estate license, my experience selling houses is not nearly on par with Elizabeth's. When I sold my homes, I called her instead of doing it myself. I knew I couldn't compete with her expertise. Repeat. A licensed realtor had Elizbeth sell his houses. There is more to a residential real estate transaction that simply poking it on the MLS and hoping for the best. Let's see... what can we say... we did exactly as we were asked to do as far as redoing/repainting our house which was built in 1978. We were promised we'd get "top price" for our home if we followed the suggestions, and so we did the repairs, etc.
How did our house selling story turn out? We had 20 visits within three days, multiple offers, and a contract within 4/5 days of putting it up for sale, during the Thanksgiving holidays! Doesn't get a whole lot better than that! And it was painless since we were out of town during the time it was listed, so we didn't even have one time of having to leave the house to let someone come see it (although we kept getting repeated requests to see the house even after the contract was signed).
So yes, we were very pleased with the outcome!

We have since bought even another home from the Good Home team and it was a quality experience as well.

After a frustrating experience of poor communication, lack of service, multiple showings and fake feedback reviews, we canceled our house listing with a previous realtor.
During the 30 day rest period, I reorganized and interviewed 6 other agents from multiple “big name” companies and not so big name groups. Nate was the last one I interviewed. He was the ONLY agent who was interested in meeting both my husband and myself. Nate was completely transparent in his “pitch” and how he answered my interview questions. He promised to be available for what ever we needed and he was true to that promise to the last day!
The house listed and received a contract at the end of the weekend! Stephanie took over the negotiation process and other communications.

Nate was extremely accommodating when we wanted to look at other properties. He set up showings for 3 properties the day after we signed a contract on our house. Nate was able to get additional information promptly so that we could make an informed decision.

Extraordinary experience with the good home team.

How do I begin. I decided to list my house and chose a friend who is a realtor from a certain agency. After having the house in the market for 12 days with only one showing, we realized it would be better to take it down and reassess at a later time, once the COVID-19 collective panic slowed down some.

On the very first day after getting the house off the market I received upwards of 50 phone calls from different agencies and realtors wanting to earn my business and I calmly explained I decided to put it off for at least 30 days to reconsider options.

Out of all the people trying to earn my business only one stood out by doing the very same thing I do for my customers as I begin my sales pitch, send them a video where I make sure they know who they will deal with and how to find me.

In his own words “ we spoke on the phone and I wanted you to put a face on my name “. Guess what; that’s the one dude who made sure I remembered him when I went back in the market.

Needless to say, he followed up with me on the very same day I told him to call back, he offered to come do a presentation at our home for us to make sure their team was the right team.
By no means I am an easy customer to satisfy; As Army Veterans we have many things that influence our behavior. Personally, loss of memory, wanting things done right and done NOW, hot tempered, ready for the next step.
I forgot we had spoken and had set an appointment time and place but he was there on time. Offered to drive further to meet us at my in-laws since we weren’t home at the agreed time.
My wife is Beautiful, high maintenance, used to being treated and nothing less will cut it.
Originally we were only interested in selling the one house with them and be done, however, this guy did such an amazing job we pulled him in to get the business in a bigger home after we had a change of plans.

I am certain, the good homes agency has a stud on their team pulling strong on their behalf. Stephanie who we never met but had a few interactions with over the phone did an amazing job negotiating the sale of our home and just as I told him when we met, I needed a team of sharks working to get this done, that’s exactly what we got.

The Good Home Team did a fantastic job with selling our house. We reached out to them in October to list our home for sale and to work to have it sold and us moved out by the end of the calendar year. Sometimes that can be a challenge, depending on the market.

Understanding our preferred timeline, David quickly sprung into action. Research, signs, postings, pictures and even a drone fly-by to get some aerial images. And it didn't end there. The hands-on approach David's team took, especially Stephanie, was wonderful. Stephanie kept us continually updated and guided us through the process with ease...like an Olympic Figure Skater on ice. :)

Once the house was posted we had showings every day, including the same day as the posting. While I understand that is in part to the overall market in our location, I believe this team elevated it beyond that and got our home out there to be seen by the world. Why do I believe that? With showings every day, often 2-4 per day, we had an offer in less than 2 weeks!

I cannot recommend Stephanie, and the rest of David's team, enough.

Honestly, I'm not sure where to start. We found The Good Home Team on google and decided to set up a meeting based on the great reviews. From our first interaction with Austin at The Good Home Team we were impressed. As first time homebuyers, we had done our research on the market but hadn't done as much in regards to the homebuying process overall and were nervous. Austin was hands-down the best agent we could have asked for.... and as excited we are that we've now purchased our first home, we'll miss our interactions with him!

He explained the homebuying process in detail during our first meeting and worked to understand what was important to us in finding a home, and began sending us homes to get an even clearer picture of what we wanted. From the first onsite viewing we attended he was knowledgeable, professional, and honest with us about the questions we had which made the process less intimidating.

Even though there were a few bumps in the road (a house that didn't meet our inspection expectations and a few offers that didn't get accepted) Austin always had our backs and was right there to walk us through the next steps and keep our spirits up when we felt defeated.

The Good Home Team's partnership with a lender helped us navigate the toughest part - learning what we were able to afford, and educating us on what our options were. All in all, I would recommend Austin and The Good Home Team to anyone looking to purchase a home. It's great when you get the chance to work with people who aren't just there 'get the job done', but take the time to build relationships and make sure that you're satisfied.

Nick Good, The Good Home Team, helped us with comps to take to the Dallas Central Appraisal District to get our taxes lowered. Nick was given a challenge since there are very few single story houses in our area with our square footage. He sent us pictures and information about the houses that were comparable. After a review Friday, May 10th with the DCAD and because of the pictures and comps, our Market Value for taxes were lowered than we expected.
