I can't say enough good things about David Bentink (the agent with whom we worked). He was patient with us. My wife has been working with him for over two years. She moved to the DFW are around two years ago, and she wasn't sure if she wanted to buy a house at the time. They looked at houses for months, but my wife decided to rent an apartment temporarily and take some time to decide which area she wanted to buy in. Then, she and I got married, and we again decided to rent. This time, the target was a house to stay in for a year while we got used to being married and decided where we wanted to buy. David worked with us to find a rental house that we loved. Then, David helped us look at homes to buy for five months. We looked at dozens and dozens of homes. David was flexible with his schedule. He was professional but also direct when it looked like we might be settling for a bad deal. He knew the kinds of things to watch out for when buying a home, and he pointed them out to us. He helped us negotiate a good price with a lot of fees covered for us. I didn't have a single negative interaction with him, and neither did my wife. I will recommend him to all my friends buying in this area. He is a cut above the other Agents with whom I've worked, and I've purchased two other homes before this one. There's no comparison. David is the best.

We started this process when we relocated from Houston and were looking for a rental. 2 years later we are buying our 1st home. My wife was very challenging throughout the entire process and Nate's expertise kept her calm the entire way. I am a licensed realtor and real estate investor. Despite having a real estate license, my experience selling houses is not nearly on par with Elizabeth's. Let's see... what can we say... we did exactly as we were asked to do as far as redoing/repainting our house which was built in 1978. We were promised we'd get "top price" for our home if we followed the suggestions, and so we did the repairs, etc.
How did our house selling story turn out? We had 20 visits within three days, multiple offers, and a contract within 4/5 days of putting it up for sale, during the Thanksgiving holidays! Doesn't get a whole lot better than that! And it was painless since we were out of town during the time it was listed, so we didn't even have one time of having to leave the house to let someone come see it (although we kept getting repeated requests to see the house even after the contract was signed).
So yes, we were very pleased with the outcome!

After a frustrating experience of poor communication, lack of service, multiple showings and fake feedback reviews, we canceled our house listing with a previous realtor.
During the 30 day rest period, I reorganized and interviewed 6 other agents from multiple “big name” companies and not so big name groups. Nate was the last one I interviewed. He was the ONLY agent who was interested in meeting both my husband and myself. Nate was completely transparent in his “pitch” and how he answered my interview questions. He promised to be available for what ever we needed and he was true to that promise to the last day!
The house listed and received a contract at the end of the weekend! Stephanie took over the negotiation process and other communications.

Extraordinary experience with the good home team.

How do I begin. I decided to list my house and chose a friend who is a realtor from a certain agency. After having the house in the market for 12 days with only one showing, we realized it would be better to take it down and reassess at a later time, once the COVID-19 collective panic slowed down some.

On the very first day after getting the house off the market I received upwards of 50 phone calls from different agencies and realtors wanting to earn my business and I calmly explained I decided to put it off for at least 30 days to reconsider options.

Out of all the people trying to earn my business only one stood out by doing the very same thing I do for my customers as I begin my sales pitch, send them a video where I make sure they know who they will deal with and how to find me.

Originally we were only interested in selling the one house with them and be done, however, this guy did such an amazing job we pulled him in to get the business in a bigger home after we had a change of plans.

I am certain, the good homes agency has a stud on their team pulling strong on their behalf. Stephanie who we never met but had a few interactions with over the phone did an amazing job negotiating the sale of our home and just as I told him when we met, I needed a team of sharks working to get this done, that’s exactly what we got.

The Good Home Team did a fantastic job with selling our house. We reached out to them in October to list our home for sale and to work to have it sold and us moved out by the end of the calendar year. Sometimes that can be a challenge, depending on the market.

Understanding our preferred timeline, David quickly sprung into action. Research, signs, postings, pictures and even a drone fly-by to get some aerial images. And it didn't end there. The hands-on approach David's team took, especially Stephanie, was wonderful. Stephanie kept us continually updated and guided us through the process with ease...like an Olympic Figure Skater on ice. :)

Once the house was posted we had showings every day, including the same day as the posting. While I understand that is in part to the overall market in our location, I believe this team elevated it beyond that and got our home out there to be seen by the world. Why do I believe that? With showings every day, often 2-4 per day, we had an offer in less than 2 weeks!

Honestly, I'm not sure where to start. We found The Good Home Team on google and decided to set up a meeting based on the great reviews. From our first interaction with Austin at The Good Home Team we were impressed. As first time homebuyers, we had done our research on the market but hadn't done as much in regards to the homebuying process overall and were nervous. Austin was hands-down the best agent we could have asked for.... and as excited we are that we've now purchased our first home, we'll miss our interactions with him!

He explained the homebuying process in detail during our first meeting and worked to understand what was important to us in finding a home, and began sending us homes to get an even clearer picture of what we wanted. My husband and I were referred to Elizabeth Austin and the GHT by a friend and former client of theirs who raved about them! We started looking at houses, and were under contract for two homes in under one week! We ended up getting our favorite of the two, and they even got the listing price lowered by 10k. They also had multiple resources for contacts such as reliable roofers, inspectors, insurance agents, etc that we were able to use as well. We decided to upsize our home and move from our home in Little Elm. We had never sold a home before and had no idea where to even begin. Nick came over one evening and answered all our questions and made suggestions on what changes/upgrades we should do to sell our home faster.
After these changes were made, our home officially went on the market on a Thursday. By that Sunday, we had a firm offer for over the asking price! Needless to say, my wife and I were thrilled with this. 3 weeks later we officially sold our home.

I echo what others have said about Nick and Stephanie. They both did a fantastic job getting our house marketed and sold under unusual circumstances. The buyer was denied a mortgage at first, but then was later approved by the same mortgage company.

The closing was delayed but the process was smooth and I was always kept well informed by Stephanie.

I highly recommend Nick and his team as they went out of their way to help us. Capital Title (Courtney!) in Frisco also did a good job in handling the closing.

We bought our first home 8 years ago with the help of Nick Good. We contacted Nick again in May of this year to sell our house and purchase a new one. He had our home listed and under contract within two months. We worked with Stephanie Stone on the sale of our house and Elizabeth Austin on the purchase of our new home. I can't begin to tell you how helpful and kind everyone has been throughout this process. There were times when we thought neither the sale or purchase would happen, but they helped us to remain calm and here it is October and our house sold well above asking and we close on our new home in a couple of days. We listed our house via a listing service on MLS as "for sale by owner" in early June 2016. We had lots of showings, however we were not getting offers,yet the reviews were very good. We realized prospective buyers were not comfortable negotiating without a realtor to go to. Nick and his team were outstanding in the quality and timeliness of their service. Nick met with us on a Sunday afternoon to make arrangements for listing our house when we were faced with a sudden out of state move.
