Wow! I can’t say enough how Nick has made buying a house such a breeze! I was new to home buying, and have heard several horror stories from family members about terrible experiences they’ve had. However, after talking with w few friends, and was referred to speak with Nick, my experience, from start to finish was exactly what they had experienced themselves. Nick is professional and personal! He never made me feel uncomfortable and helped me every step of the way!

Nick explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the mortgage banker and the cooperating board. This made it really easy to move into my beautiful condo in just 5 weeks. He really surpassed my expectations and timing on delivery, especially given the timeframe I had to work with. He found me exactly what I was looking for!

Exit Strategy Reality is by far the best real estate company my friends and I have worked with. Very professional, experienced and helpful agents and brokers. Highly recommend!!

Fabulous͏ Experience with Nick & Team
Nick sold my townhouse in no time! He & his team were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and communicated throughout the processes. I got immediate notifications when showing were scheduled. My townhouse was used as a rental and was not in the best shape. He guided me through an is as sale, above asking! I had multiple offers and the team helped me understand which offer was the strongest and most likely to close on time. Couldn’t recommend Nick more.

I have had the pleasure of working with Nick Libert on two separate occasions. First, he was a former customer of mine and then choosing Nick to sell my condo.

I have worked with the top brokerages across the country in a previous job. When it came to picking a realtor, I had the upper hand in knowing what brokerage/realtor knew the market, but demanded excellence when representing a listing online.

The condo was a bit quirky but Nick knew exactly how to market the property from marketing (photographs, online presence, write-up) to pricing it right within the market. I had non-stop showings and an offer within days.

Nick and his incredible team (shout out to Tabren) were their to lead the way during the entire process.

I only have one regret … I did not contact Nick prior to listing and investing in a few updates. Nick knew what would create value and what to leave “as is” and solid advice.

Overall stellar experience. Nick and his team (Tabren) were a pleasure to work with! He helped my husband and I buy a new 3-flat building in East Lakeview and did the sale of our current condo in Uptown. We worked with Nick to get a great deal on our new graystone, and got above asking for our condo within 3 hours of being on the market. Nick and his team did a wonderful job talking through the process, talking through negotiations, helping with staging, coordinating photo shoots and open house schedules, and was always available when we had questions (and we had a lot of them!). Would highly recommend and will (obviously) use Nick & Exit Strategy again in the future!

Best at what he does.
I've worked with Nick for over 16+ years. I first met Nick while looking for rentals in the city. He was my first agent. Since that meeting he's been my only agent.
He helped me with many rentals, then the first condo I purchased, and now a new home.

I put a lot of faith and trust in Nick. He knows when he sees a good deal and he's warned us about bad deals. I value his advice while looking at new properties. We had issues while looking at homes where Nick's expertise helped us out of what felt like a deals that were too good to be true.

Over the years we've also become good friends. He's offered me advice not only on buying homes, home repairs, and upkeep, but also my small business.
Nick really cares about who he's working with and if you're lucky, like I am, at the end of your business dealings you'll have found a new friend.

I was moving out of state and Nick was referred to me to sell my home. I completely understand why he is rated so well, and is the epitome of professional. While he is an excellent agent, it was great to see and hear about all the expansive work he does in and for the real estate community.

All in all the process was actually incredibly easy. Nick and his team (Tabren) helped moved everything along. I especially enjoyed the fact that he was honest with me throughout the process to ensure all decisions were made in a way to ensure the best outcome. Since we were moving out of state, timing was critical so we could make the transition as seamless as possible. Day or night I knew he was working hard to get things done.

The professional photos were spectacular! Nick has a plethora of information to answer all your real estate needs - I would highly recommend him!!

Nick is a phenomenal real estate agent. He showed me nearly 30 different condos in Chicago over the course of about a month. I would send him many I was interested in, and he would schedule to tour them all. He would be prepared with details about each one and advise me as we walked through the different places on what to look for. Always making time for me when I was available to go and see the different places. He would also respond to my many questions via call, text, and email, day or night, weekends too. This was my first time buying a home, so I knew very little about the process. Nick was able to walk me through each step and what to expect. His extraordinary knowledge made this very stressful process a breeze. I definitely recommend contacting Nick if you are interested in purchasing a new home.

Nick was always there when we needed him. Our situation was not ideal in that our condo was for sale during the COVID crisis and in an area where there were protest marches, yet he managed to market, show, and sell our place regardless of all that. Many times he went above and beyond what was necessary, always gave us sound advice, and followed up every lead. The sale itself went smoothly with minimal involvement on our part. I would highly recommend Nick! As a first time home-buyer I was entering the home buying process blind and overwhelmed. Nick was extremely helpful & knowledge from beginning to end allowing me to feel confident that I was in good hands. This is the first time I have felt passionate enough to write a review. We were referred to Nick by our lender. Nick assisted us on a very difficult home purchase. We had extremely specific needs due to a requirement that the home would need wheelchair accessibility. Even when we felt like giving up, Nick assured us we should continue to look at homes. His encouragement and willingness to keep looking led to us to buying an incredible home that we fell in love with. Nick went beyond showing homes. The sale of our former condo closed 12/21, and despite being an off-peak season, it sold for a great price due to the hard work Nick put in to market the property.
