Nick Manus

As a respected businessman, owner, investor, and real estate agent, Nick has forged a path that most would not expect of a humbled small restaurant owner.

Born into the hospitality industry, business is in Nick’s DNA. As an owner of Phillips On Wheels (previously Phillips Original Coney Island), Nick draws on more than 25 years of hands-on business experience and has become passionate about helping small businesses and investors. His experience has given him the ability to see the commercial real estate industry from all angles. He understands the challenges that his clients face and is driven to make the real estate deal align with his client's business, financial, and/or personal goals.

Nick was born and raised in Dublin, Ohio. He has lived in many communities around Columbus, but returned to Dublin with his wife, Kori, to raise their two girls. When Nick is not at a gymnastic meet or soccer game, you can find him playing golf, fishing, hunting, or coaching and training CrossFit.
