I worked with Amber to both sell my former property and purchase my current home. She was intelligent, organized, honest and she made the process seem so easy. The marketing for our previous home was stellar and our home sold over asking price with a quick closing. On top of that Amber also found our family our dream home with everything we wanted in our ideal neighborhood! She handled the bulk of the process and we never doubted her. Not only were Angela and her sister, Nicole, more than helpful with the homebuying experience but also with making it personable beyond belief. Being a first time homebuyer and expecting mother, Angela and Nicole were miles beyond what we had expected for this new venture. I worked with Paleo’s Properties to quickly sell my home and achieved total success in every aspect! From the beginning, Nick and Angela guided me through the process, negotiated on my behalf and kept me informed with every step to make sound decisions. They balance their guidance with my preferences in a unique way to allow owner participation so that I felt good about the sale in every way. I appreciated their responsiveness to my calls and texts to clarify my responsibilities, talk through decisions and ultimately achieve a quick and profitable sale. Their support and focus on 'getting it done' seamlessly was much appreciated since the property was now out of state for me. Within 4 days we had 5 offers to choose from. We then met to discuss the offers and make choices to go forward. Closing was a breeze with no delays (again, Nick & Angela stayed on top of everything). I absolutely had the easiest and best time working with the Nick and his sister to find my first home. I couldn’t be more please with the how patient and all the great advice they would give. With getting to know me in the time we all spent together, they picked up on what they knew I would need and would point out those amazing details every time we’d visit a house. I would definitely recommend this duo when looking into a house. They truly care for getting you what you are looking for and nothing less. Nick and Angela helped us find our first home in Chicago and they were absolutely great helping us on that journey. They were very responsive and helpful through the whole process from helping find homes to view, being flexible with when we could view a group of houses or a single house (and condos), and just being a great resource from offer to closing as we hadn’t been through the process ourselves before. They we both so kind and a joy to work with. Our experience with them was certainly excellent and would be a team I’d work with again if ever given the chance.

We just purchased our first home, and we were so glad we chose Paleos Properties to assist us. Nick is not your every day agent. He is so helpful, responsive, energetic. He was honest about price, offers, comparisons, locations and even has construction expertise. Me and my wife are quite picky, but Nick showed he was patience with our undecisiveness. If you want to see a property he is determined to get you there. I even considered buying in another state, and his attitude was just as I was buying down the street. He was diligent throughout the whole process. His team is very family oriented. His coordinator/broker Nicole assisted us with scheduling, cancelations, responses from sellers, emails, texts, offers etc.. Everything was done in a timely fashion. We needed a team that could communicate, and get the job done. We are forever grateful we chose Paleos Properties!

I wondered on many days of our interactions with Nick whether he will give up on trying to help us find our home in Chicago. We were first time home buyers, we didn’t know Chicago very well, and COVID only happened to make everything twice as hard. From virtual tours of homes (and neighborhoods) to in person tours around many homes, he stuck with us and continued to be always available although it took us a while to find our final pick. We did become friends through this, because he just has that personality that you learn to trust and depend on. Thanks to Nicole Paleo, Nick’s sister who is part of his team and was always hard working, knowledgeable and very helpful with the home buying process. There are agents who just want to push you to make a decision that makes it worth their time, and there are those who will be with you to support you as you make the best decision for your family regardless of what they as agents get out of it. The latter ones are those that you want to have by your side. We now have a beautiful home, and we can’t thank the Paleos enough.

I have to say that we got an incredibly lucky Zillow roll of the dice when we got Nick as our agent. He was always incredibly responsive and supportive. He reacted to what we were looking for rather then pushing, in a field full of mistrustful characters this was a welcome change. Him and his sister took great care of us and were able to refer us to many contractors to make our whole process streamlined and stress free (not easy with a +100 year old house). We all know that we can search for properties ourselves in this day and age but I guarantee its going to be better if you do it with the Paleo team by your side.

When we finally put our longtime family home in Riverside up on the market, it sat with a realtor for about a year and a half without much action.

I went to grade school with Nick, where he was known as the fastest runner in school. We've been connected on FB and after seeing Paleos Properties takeoff, I decided to reach out to him. We didn't have much to lose at this point.
