As a former Police Officer turned Real Estate Broker with a background in Finance and Information Technology from Georgia Southern University, Nick represents his clients with a unique determination and skill set to help them achieve their goals with residential, commercial sales and leasing, and investment properties.

Since 1989 Nick has worked on some of the most complex real estate transactions and worked with some of the Country's largest corporations, government agencies and banks to represent their real estate interests. In 2012, Nick helped Statesboro acquire one of the largest tax generating mixed use developments in its history. He has helped Unions, Churches, Law Firms, Medical Practices, Restaurants and Retailers. For his restaurant and retail clients, he offers exclusive business insight consulting to help his clients gain an advantage over their competition to improve sales and the customer experience.

Nick believes that giving back to the community is every persons responsibility as a citizen and is honored to support the Statesboro Community which is an amazing place to call home. He has served on the Board and as President of the Statesboro Police Officers Foundation and the Georgia K9 Retirement Foundation and is on the YMCA of Statesboro Board along with the non-profit Fostering Bulloch 7th Mile Farm and has served in various capacities at Statesboro First United Methodist Church along with serving other community organizations.

He has previously served on the Downtown Statesboro Development Authority and was appointed by Statesboro City Council to serve as the Chairman of the Statesboro Planning Commission for his entire term. He has served on the Statesboro Board of Realtors on the Political Action Committee and The Grievance Committee in association with The Georgia Association of Realtors.

Nick enjoys revitalizing downtown areas and has overseen renovations of numerous downtown commercial and residential properties along the Blue Mile. In 2016 he was awarded the Downtown Visionary Award by the Downtown Statesboro Development Authority.

He has taken hundreds of continuing education classes and training seminars and earned numerous designations over the years including the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE), e-Pro from the National Association of Realtors and the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation. He was named to the Top 20 Under 40 by the Statesboro Herald and has graduated from The Georgia Academy of Economic Development in 2012 and Leadership Bulloch Class of 2011. He is a member of ICSC, The Statesboro Chamber of Commerce, the Statesboro Rotary Club and Statesboro First United Methodist Church.
