About Nick

Buying or selling a home is one of the biggest financial decisions you’ll make, and the hard part is rarely finding a house. It’s everything after. The inspection that turns up something ugly. The appraisal that comes in low. The weekend you’re up against five other offers and have to decide, fast, how far you’re willing to go. Those moments are where a deal is won or lost, and they’re what I excel at most.

I’ve been doing this in the Philadelphia area since 2018, closing 60+ homes a year across Bucks County, Greater Philadelphia, and the South Jersey and Shore markets. That volume isn’t the point. It just means I’ve sat in almost every version of the room you’re about to be in, and I can tell you what usually happens next and what your real options are.

Here’s what I believe: you’re better served by an agent who’ll tell you the truth than one who tells you what you want to hear. If a house is overpriced, I’ll say so. If your offer needs to be stronger to win, I’ll show you why and let you make the call. My job is to give you a clear read and a plan. The decision is always yours.

You also get more than just me. As Director of Sales at Rarity, I work alongside a team of 55+ agents, transaction coordinators who keep your closing on the rails, an in-house marketing group for your listing, and lending and title partners under one roof. Most of the things that derail a deal happen in the gaps between people, and here there aren’t many gaps.

When I’m not working, I’m home in Holland with my wife Autumn and our kids, probably watching the Eagles or Phillies find a new way to test my blood pressure. I treat clients the way I’d want my own family treated, which is the main reason most of my business still comes from referrals and repeat clients.
