Nick Schuckman

Nick has lived in Cincinnati for 38 of his 39 years of being lucky to live, love and laugh. Nick has experience in business accounting as well as non-profit work & management.

He joined Comey & Shepherd in 2015 and is putting his knowledge of Cincinnati neighborhoods to good use. Nick and his wife currently have investment properties and he loves working on house they own and have flipped in the past. His knowledge of the Cincinnati market, general house construction, and his eagerness to make sure all his clients have a great experience buying or selling a home makes him a great choice to help anyone buy a home, sell a house or work with on an investment property.

Since the beginning of his Real Estate career Nicks worked with and has a great deal of experiencing helping clients in the medical field buy and sell. No matter the client or what they do, he would love to help each client achieve their goals in relation to buying a home or selling a house.
