Nick Ward

Nick is the Designated Managing Broker at Joel Ward Homes. He works directly with his clients in brokerage and property management, and practices appraisal of residential properties. He began his career as a Realtor in 2015 after obtaining licensure and joining the Champaign County Board of Realtors. He sits on several committees at the Board of Realtors and is currently the chair of the Young Professionals Network (YPN). Nick is a life-long resident of Champaign-Urbana, where he attended Centennial High School, and a graduate from Illinois State University with a bachelors degree in Marketing. When not working, Nick enjoys spending time with his son Takoda, playing in several bands, listening to music, cooking, and all things nature.
