Nickie worked with us over the last year and during the pandemic to market our home - she did a pretty amazing job. If traffic slowed, she did just what was needed to get the property in play again - happily resulting in a sale.

We also had worked with Nickie prior to sale of our home to help us find a place to move. She continued to look over a period of time and contacted us when we were out of town when she found the "perfect" property. We are not the type to purchase anything sight unseen, but she was right, the property was perfect - and we trusted her judgement because she had spent time with us to know what we wanted.

After we had moved, Nickie showed up with the old umbrella stand we had on the porch of our prior home - all re-painted and ready for it's new home.
