About Nicklaus

Nicklaus is a dedicated, hard-working and licensed real estate professional with a background in the Marine Corps. He completed his service in February 2019 and subsequently earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Finance, with a Minor in Real Estate from the University of Washington & Foster’s School of Business in December 2022.

During his time in the military, Nicklaus showcased exceptional skills as a jet engine mechanic. He held advanced certifications such as Plane Captain, CDQAR (Collateral Duty Quality Assurance Representative), and Inspector for the new F-35B aircraft. Nicklaus's attention to detail and commitment to excellence earned him recognition among his peers for his valuable contributions in ensuring the optimal performance and safety of these advanced aircraft and its personnel.

Now residing in Washington state, Nicklaus brings his strong work ethic and meticulous approach to his role as Senior Financial Analyst. He supports Northwest Building LLC with asset management, underwriting potential acquisitions, financial modeling, portfolio reporting, and market research. Drawing from his military background, Nicklaus applies a high level of dedication and integrity to his real estate endeavors, striving to deliver exceptional results for his clients. He has a particular interest in Real Estate Development.

Outside of work, Nicklaus enjoys traveling and immersing himself in different cultures. He has had the privilege of visiting countries such as Tanzania, Qatar, Belgium, and The Netherlands in recent years. Nicklaus is committed to personal and professional growth and constantly seeks to expand his knowledge and expertise in the real estate industry through education and real-life experiences.

As an avid reader, Nicklaus finds inspiration in various books that have shaped his perspective. Some of his favorites include "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and "The Real Book of Real Estate" by Robert Kiyosaki, "Principles" by Ray Dalio, "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill, "Never Split The Difference" by Chris Voss, "Never Eat Alone" by Keith Ferrazzi, and "How to Win Friends and Influence People" by Dale Carnegie.
