Buying and Selling through Nico!

Buying and Selling though Nico is the way to go if you want the best experience in Real Estate. This was my first time buying a house since my divorce and the first time buying a home since I was 23. There were a lot of questions, concerns, and a lot of anxiety especially in this market. Nico was referred to me by a friend and he came highly recommended. He proved to be a shining star in this entire process. He came in with enthusiasm and so much knowledge that he put my mind to easy with the countless nights of worry and stress that I was going through in getting my house ready to sell at the same time looking for a house to buy in the area I was looking to move. He was very compassionate about all of the questions I had about the entire process (no matter how many I asked or how bad they were) and was always quick to respond with an answer or with more information on where to look. He helped me get my house in order and set me up with a great mortgage team and we sold the house in record time. The home buying experience was a little crazy this year but throughout the entire time Nico was in tune with my needs and always was there to provide encouragement. We looked at several houses and after a few months found and went after a beautiful home. To sum it all up if you are looking to buy, sell or both I would highly recommend Nico! He has made this entire process enjoyable. The amount of time and commitment he spends on his client goes above and beyond any agent! And he really listens to his clients wants and needs. Nico is the best and has done a wonderful job for me and my family! Thanks Nico!

We were so fortunate to have found Nico Makuch from Keller Williams. As our Realtor, he helped us to find the right house in the right neighborhood and sale our town house. Throughout the past several months, Nico has been there every step of the way. He has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. I never felt that he was just trying to sell me a house, but that he was a mentor to answer my questions and help me to make the best decision for my family.
In short, he was always on our side working to make our house purchase and sale as simple and successful as possible. The best part is that we now have a new friend - a friendship that will continue to grow!

Nico made our home-buying experience extremely pleasant, easy and smooth. He is incredibly helpful, responsive, available, and listens! He internalizes your asks, preferences, and budget and takes them into account with every listing he sends. He’s very knowledgeable, and was always available to answer questions and clarify information. As first time home-buyers, this was extremely important and helpful to us! Not to mention he got us extremely thoughtful closing gifts! We will definitely be using Nico for our future needs, as well as referring him to our friends and family!

We had the pleasure of meeting Nico at a First Time Homebuyer seminar. My husband and I instantly knew he would be our realtor because he had so much knowledge on the home buying process. Not to mention he is extremely nice and willing to help with anything you need. We decided to build our home and with that he was the best choice because he has a background in being a sales rep for a builder years ago so he was able to advocate for us in this journey. He was in constant communication with our builder, loan officer and title company. He was there for our site visits while our home was building built. He also was there reaching out to us by text, email or calls. He is very easy to talk to and answers any questions you may have. We definitely recommend Nico as your realtor to all your home buying needs!

Nico Makuch is an amazing realtor and person who sold my home in just 5 short days! Nico made my first-time home selling process seamless as I was faced with unexpected health challenges and he was more than accommodating and understanding. Seriously, PROFESSIONALISM is an understatement! He handled every step of the process with diligence and care and I can personally attest to his patience and thoughtfulness. We can't say enough about Nico, and the great experience we had with him. He was ALWAYS responsive, and was willing to work for us at all hours of the day and night! He drove 3 hours each way, several times, to look at properties with us. And when things got tough during negotiations, he went to bat and truly advocated for us. We would recommend Nico to anyone for buying or selling a home!

Nico was very professional, considerate and awesome! My husband and I literally had no concerns or issues with selling our home. Nico kept us informed every step of the way and arranged for last minute services to satisfy HOA. The staging of the home was beautiful and very professional. He helped us purchase our home in November of last year and he did a great job, followed up on everything for us and all in all just a great human being. it was our first time ever purchasing a home and he just made it so much easier and not all the stress that goes along with buying or selling a home. My wife and I were looking to relocate from our home in Clarksburg, MD to Urbana, MD and Nico was referred to us by another real estate agent.
