I highly recommend Nicol. I am an out-of-town seller and Nicol has handled everything, without requiring me to travel. She is superb. She is an expert. She is kind, patient, professional, responsive (via email, text or zoom) and honest. She explains everything in a manner where a lay person like myself can understand. Nicol prepares and works with the contractors to prepare your home to sell as well as stage it to sell. Nicol has exceeded my expectations. Her energy is enormous (aka workaholic).
I plan to work with Nicol again and will recommend her to anyone.
