Nicolas Fortkamp

Nic Fortkamp has over 17 years of experience in the real estate field and rejoined The Robert Weiler Company’s Appraisal Team in the Spring of 2022. He is also an active Real Estate Agent with The Cantwell Group | Keller Williams Classic Properties. Nic grew up in Upper Arlington and attended college at Franklin University where he earned a B.S. in Economics with Cum Laude honors.

As a real estate professional, Nic has had the opportunity to work in the fields of residential sales; multi-family, commercial and industrial appraisal; and low income and tax credit housing. Having a broad range of experience has given him the unique perspectives and innovative ways of thinking when representing clients.

Nic lives in Upper Arlington with his family and is deeply engaged within his community. He is an active community leader who serves as the President of Leadership Upper Arlington, Vice President of the UA Alumni Association, Fundraising and Engagement Chair of the UA Education Foundation, Founding Board member of EqualUA and helped create the City’s first Community Relations Committee. In his downtime, Nic loves to explore Columbus with his wife and son, coach lacrosse, mentor students, collect comics, read, and watch football.
