Nicolas Scaron

Nicolas “NICO” A. Scaron knows firsthand what resilience looks like. After immigrating to the United States with his family in 2001 at just ten years old, he faced the challenges of adapting to a new culture and learning a new language. Rather than seeing obstacles, he saw opportunity—opportunity to grow, achieve, and pursue the American Dream.
Raised in Tampa, Florida, Nico attended Leto High School before earning a degree in Business Administration from Hillsborough Community College (HCC). He later graduated from the University of South Florida (USF) with a bachelor’s degree in International Studies and a minor in Naval Science.

Nico’s commitment to service led him to enlist in the U.S. Navy, where he became part of the U.S. Special Operations Community as a bomb squad member. As a Senior Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Technician and Operator, he thrived in high-risk, high-stress environments, leading critical operations and training missions across the globe.

Today, Nico channels that same leadership, discipline, and operational insight into the real estate industry. As a licensed agent and co-owner of a real estate team alongside his wife, Nathalia Scaron, he leverages a strategic mindset and proven negotiation skills to guide clients through successful transactions. Together, they help families build secure futures with integrity and purpose.
