Selling my home was the biggest decision I had ever made. I had a tremendous amount of emotions about it, but from the very first meeting, Nic handled everything so thoughtfully that I immediately knew I was in great hands. Not only did I feel at ease, but it also became fun and something I was really excited about. I had no idea how long it would take to sell even in a strong sellers market because my home was one that needed the perfect buyer. I also had no idea what purchasing a home may look like. Within a week, I had found the perfect home for me that Nic negotiated a very fair price for, and I sold for exactly what I wanted. There were several hiccups before closing that Nic always communicated with me but handled every single one of them. I closed on both homes exactly when I planned on and was able to move without any issues. I am so grateful for the experience and wouldn’t change a thing.

Nicolas Wyse at RE/MAX helped my husband and I sell our old house and buy a new one. He was very helpful, patient, respectful, professional, flexible, and punctual. Nic is truly the best. We had our first connection with him when we bought last home back in 2012 and just got connected with him by an online click. When we went to sell our home last year, we were open to other realtors and made contact with one but she proved not to be helpful at all and decided to reach out to Nic again. I am sure glad we did! Not only did he respond quickly, but he gave us data and guided us in the direction to get the most "bang for our buck". Nic always responded to messages quickly and if he did not know an answer he got back to us when he had it. Nic is very knowledgeable in the real estate industry and we felt very comfortable knowing that our home was in great hands and were were getting what we deserved. Our home ended up selling for more than asking price (and in less than 2 days), sure the housing market might be most of that but without Nic's help we would not have gotten to that point. If you are in need of a Real Estate agent, look no further! Nic is a genuine, down to earth person and we are so very appreciative of his help. We will refer everyone his way!

We used Nic when we moved 1100 miles away and needed to get our house sold. It was a long process, as we had some hiccups with the home along the way. Nic was patient, he worked hard for us, and was a reliable and calming voice when frustrations were high on our end. It was stressful trying to sell a house long distance, but knowing that we had someone back in Indiana that we could rely on and get advice from was a great help!

I would highly recommend Nic if you're looking for someone that will work hard for you, and be that voice of reason during the stressful process of home buying/selling!

Nic has helped me close on two transactions. He saw the value in the house I sold in 2015 and listed it higher than other realtors were going to. Better yet, it sold for full asking price during a time where the market wasn’t as high as it is now. He also helped us secure a house in 2018 when the market was high. The house we purchased had multiple offers within 24 hours of going to market so speed and accuracy was necessary. We could count on Nic to get everything completed timely and correctly. He also connected us with loan officers that were willing to complete things over the weekend to make sure the deal went through. We would use Nic again from both the buying and selling side.

Nic was great to work with. We were buying a summer home "remotely" and Nic was instrumental in this process. Very understanding and communicative. Nic did video walk throughs of homes we were interested in and so helpful in finding what we now love. MORE IMPORTANTLY, Nic knows the business and directed us with the best options for making offers in a really hot market. In such a competitive market Nic made our offer acceptance a reality when we normally would have been last considered, due to not being local to the sale. I would very much recommend Nic whether you are selling, buying or both.

My experience.... A realtor is similar to an attorney when you’re trying to find a home.
Several years ago, I was in that position. Everywhere I turned, was met with denial and frustration. About 8 months and 7 homes later. My wife and I found what we thought could be our home. But just like the other 7, we were met with deception and what I believe was discrimination. Being we are a biracial family. The realtor took my offer (never turned it in to the bank)and told me later that there was a higher offer. Knowing that I had excellent credit, a substantial down payment, preapproval from the best mortgage lender . Made me really scratch my head. Three months went by and a coworker told me that the property was on the market again. I called the realtor again.He would not return my calls. That’s when I called " The Nicholas Cage”. I told him about the property and what I thought about the realtor. Being the man that he is, he said that the realtor was probably just doing his job. That I may just be paranoid from my past experiences. Later we went to look at the property with Nicolas. Where he quickly figured out that I was right. This realtor didn’t want me to buy the property. What did Nicolas do??? Went around the realtor and straight to the owning bank and submitted my offer , which was quickly excepted. My family and I have been living in what we feel is paradise ever since. I strongly believe that it wouldn’t have been possible without Nicolas.
If you need a real realtor with a no nonsense approach, that will have your best interest at heart.... Nicolas Wise is that realtor. If you want someone that’s going to talk and act like a pro but leave you in the dark.... you’ll need to call someone else!!!
