Nicole Asbell

Nikki is originally from Illinois but has lived in: Puerta Vallarta, Mexico; Platteville, Wisconsin; Cape Gerado, Missouri; Greensboro, North Carolina; and now Chester, Virginia since 2014. Nikki was in the restaurant industry for over 20 years working her way to the Regional Manager. When she decided to pursue Real Estate she knew it was the best decision she ever made. Nikki’s true calling is working with first-time homebuyers were helping her clients understand the home buying process, getting them excited about shopping for their next home, and helping them imagine themselves in some of the homes is such a joy. The true gift, she says, is at the closing table when she sees how happy and accomplished they feel receiving the set of keys to their first NEW HOME.

Nikki played volleyball and softball throughout high school and college and still loves playing to this day. Nikki also likes to golf but her true passion is spent with her two little girls Lillian and Madisyn.
