I met Nicole in a moment where I almost gave up on searching for my dream NYC apartment. For context, I am a recent law school graduate with not-so-good credit but good income. Most of the places I had viewed were within my budget but, because of my credit, property managers were charging me incredible fees. I got Nicole’s message to view an apartment and I almost declined because I was tired of hitting dead ends. Then, I said to myself “ehh why not?” and I’m so glad I did! I met Nicole and, immediately, her energy, humor, expertise, integrity, and warmth made me feel like hope wasn’t lost. The apartment was gorgeous. I had goosebumps while viewing and, for the first time, felt like I found my new home. I explained to Nicole my story. She asked me pointed questions and I answered them honestly. Then she said: “let me talk to the owner and fight for you. You deserve a chance.” I have been living in my new home for two weeks and I cannot be happier. I am so grateful for Nicole. She truly went to bat for me, answered all my questions, was incredibly diligent, and went above and beyond to give the property owner the full picture. A lot of brokers do not go to such lengths––but she did an excellent job orchestrating a relationship between me and the property owner. She made a stressful and disheartening process very human. She is truly a real estate fairy godmother! If you’re looking for a home, do yourself a favor and hire Nicole! You will be cared for and will benefit from a broker who is deeply committed to helping her clients find a home. Nicole is truly a blessing!
