Nicole was recommended by a friend to help me sell my Mom’s house after her passing. Nicole was very considerate with the emotions I was feeling having to sell my childhood home.
Nicole did an excellent job and handled pretty much everything. The house had several offers within days and settled quickly.
I would highly recommend Nicole if you are looking to buy or sell a home.

I had such a great experience purchasing my first home with Nicole as my agent. She has helped many of my friends and came highly recommended. Nicole was extremely responsive from our very first conversation and helped me to figure out what my must-have’s were. She also encouraged me to take my time and wait for the perfect house rather than making me feel pressured to do otherwise. Throughout the entire process, Nicole was there to answer any questions I had and help me gain knowledge about the home-buying process. Any questions I had for the sellers, she was quick to reach out to their agent to find the answers for me. When our settlement date got pushed back unexpectedly, she reassured me I had no reason to panic and helped keep everything going smoothly from beginning to end. I could not recommend Nicole more!

Nicole goes above and beyond what you would expect from a real estate professional or a professional in any field for that matter. From day one she made us feel like family. I never doubted once that she had our best interest in mind. Buying in early 2021 is a painful experience due to the low inventory and high demand. When we fell in love with our dream home, Nicole was able to craft a thoughtful offer and we believe that made all the difference in us being the winning bid. Had we not been referred to Nicole, I would not be writing this review from the master bedroom of our new home. I know there are many great professionals in the real estate space, but I would recommend Nicole above all. Fantastic experience and a friendship made!

Starting out as a first time home buyer had me filled with anxiety, but Nicole (along with my loan officer) made my experience such an exciting and enjoyable time. She was recommended to me from friends who had used her before (who they trusted) and I am so happy that I had her. She was always there to answer any and all questions (and there were a lot lol), scheduled looking at houses quickly and at times that worked for my schedule without having to make it short appointment. And most importantly, she was real with me about things. She didn’t leave me in the dark or leave me questioning anything. I was so happy she was the one who found me my first home, that when it came time for closing I was sad I wouldn’t see her on a weekly basis 😂 My parents were even so happy with her, when they decide to sell their house, they used her. If you’re ever in the market for a purchasing a home, Nicole is your realtor.
