Nicole has put together a team of wonderful agents. I was lucky enough to have Jaclyn Brith for my realtor. I was house hunting from Florida and Jaclyn took the time to video every showing paying close attention to details that could have been missed because of this. She was quick to respond and never missed a beat to go see a house. I felt that I was in great hands. I highly recommend this team of skilled agents, specifically Jaclyn. Nicole is a true professional. We were so happy to have her represent us as buyers here in West Columbia, SC as we are new to the area. All went well as we bought into a new subdivision, that is until the builder started changing closing dates. Our closing date was changed because of a series of "supply issues" a couple of times. That was not a real problem for us as we had anticipated some change to the closing date. However, when the builder proposed a later closing date yet again, Nicole went to bat for us. She used her considerable influence to get the builder to complete the work on our home so that they could meet the then-existing closing date. We felt lucky to have her as a representative and knew that we had someone looking out for our best interest. Kudos and our thanks to Nicole!

Nicole and her team were amazing to work with! Anytime I saw a house I liked, she was prompt in getting more information or getting us scheduled to see it.
Nicole is extremely smart and has great strategies to get your offer accepted on the home you want! (We put in 3 offers and 2 of the 3 was accepted-we just changed our minds on the 1 house).
McKenzie was a trooper as well-we lead her on so many house hunts and she never complained.
I will definitely reach out to Nicole again if we ever decide to sell or buy another home in the area.

Nicole worked very hard for us. If I could give her ten stars I would. She sold two of our houses within a 24 hour time frame above asking price. We also closed on our new home on time with rarely any hiccups thanks to her. She fights very hard for you and also put in overtime hours you not going to see all the time. Instead of her calling to stress you out with most details of your loan she believes in taking time and handling it on her own. She is a natural Pit Bull when it comes to her job and she take every client very serious. We definitely consider her family. I highly recommend her to represent anyone thats serious about buying or selling there home.

Nicole was an excellent realtor.  Within 24 hours, she had us looking at houses and putting in offers.  She is straight forward with all information with no coating the truths.  She was able to get us a home within two weeks after starting with her.  She was really involved all the way to closing including working with the lender and the closer.  I would highly recommend her as a realtor if you're looking to buy or sell a home.
