Nicole's professional career began at an inheritance recovery firm in California that specializes in asset recovery, unclaimed property, genealogy research and probate administration. She was responsible for overseeing the operations relating to probate and estate claims, locating heirs, and marshaling assets. Here, she realized her passion for helping clients through stressful and emotional decisions, putting their minds at ease with great patience and care.
After 15 years in unclaimed property, Nicole switched gears and pivoted to the familiar fitness industry. As Co-Founder of a fitness equipment distribution company, she treasured building and managing fitness studios while negotiating lease terms, tenant improvements, and finalizing buildouts.
After relocating to Nashville, Nicole was eager to blend her business experience with real estate. She was confident that her the experience and expertise in probate administration would provide support to families and make the journey as stress-free as possible. Nicole looks forward to diligently helping her fellow Tennesseans navigate the real estate market.
Nicole serves the Middle Tennessee area as a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist and an active member of the National Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors, and the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors. When life gives her a moment to slow down, she loves spending time with her family, watching her boys play sports, working ?out so she can enjoy wine, and all things outdoors.
