Nicole Davis is a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Realty and Team Lead of The Davis Team, serving home buyers and sellers throughout Columbia, South Carolina, and the surrounding Midlands, including Elgin, Blythewood, Lexington, Irmo, and West Columbia. With more than 23 years of real estate experience, Nicole brings extensive local market knowledge, skilled negotiation, and a highly personalized approach to every transaction.

I don't take that responsibility lightly. When someone puts their trust in me, I'm committed to guiding them from our first conversation through the closing table and beyond.

My passion for real estate grew from my own experiences buying, selling, and relocating from state to state. With each move, my family's priorities changed, from proximity to my husband's work to finding the right schools for our daughters. Those experiences gave me firsthand insight into how much the right real estate agent can influence not only a transaction, but the entire moving experience.

Those moves are really what led me to real estate. I experienced firsthand what it felt like to be the client and how important it was to have an agent who listened, understood our priorities, and knew how to guide us through the process. After we settled in Columbia, I earned my real estate license because I knew I could provide that same kind of guidance to other buyers and sellers. More than two decades later, that's still what I love about what I do.

Today, I lead The Davis Team alongside my daughter, McKenna Davis. Together, McKenna and I have earned recognition as the #2 Duo Team within Coldwell Banker Realty across the Charlotte, Columbia, and Charleston markets for 2025 and rank among the top 1.5% of real estate professionals nationwide according to RealTrends Verified's 2026 rankings.

After 23 years in real estate, I've learned that no two clients, homes, or transactions are exactly alike. My job is to understand what's most important to each client, give them honest advice, and use my experience to help them make confident decisions. I want my clients to know they have someone in their corner who is paying attention to the details and looking out for their best interests.
