When I contacted Nicole, I lived in Montana, but was moving to Huntington Beach to open my hypnosis practice. My husband and I wanted to lease a condo in Huntington Beach for a year, and make sure we found a neighborhood we liked before we would think of buying. Immediately Nicole went to work for us. She created a portal of properties specific to what we were looking for, and I received updated emails from it of new listings every day. We found one that sounded good, and the photos were great, but we also knew how photos and descriptions can be deceiving. So we asked Nicole to check it out personally, which she did. She checked out every single thing we asked her to, including sniffing it out for any pet or smoking odors. She sent additional photos from her cell phone. She declared it odor free, and we signed the lease, sight unseen. When we moved to California the following month, the condo was everything Nicole said it would be, in fact it exceeded our expectations! When we are ready to buy, Nicole will be the first person we call. If you are looking to lease, she is an expert at finding you the perfect place.
