Nicole Garner is a Washington, DC metropolitan area native. She studied Information Technology (IT) at Bowie State University and went on to earn her Bachelor's Degree in Computer Technology. Nicole's IT career began as a database developer building database solutions for clients in the DC area. Over the years, she has developed a knack for assessing client needs and working with teams to provide recommendations and implement sound solutions.

In recent years, Nicole has taken the same skillset she perfected while working in IT and coupled it with her long-term passion for real estate to build a successful career as an agent. I really don't know where to start with describing how amazing Nicole made our home buying experience. She was personable which made the experience more comfortable. She was stern when she had to be as it pertained to the vendors we had to deal with but always kind and professional. Nicole didn't withhold any information, regardless of whether she had to deliver good or not so good news. She was always straight up and came with alternatives and ideas to tackle hurdles. I never felt there was a time that we could not reach out to her (within reason or course), she made herself available without question. We felt that we were her only client when we knew we not. I could go on and on about how great working with Nicole was, but I'll just say that when everything was all said and done, I found myself wondering what else we could buy/sell just to use her again. Don't take my word, try Nicole out for yourself. Thanks for making our home-buying experience so graceful Nicole, we'll never forget how wonderful you were and are!
