Nicole Holcomb was a great real estate agent. She came highly recommended and she did not disappoint. Always responsive and helpful, she knows her business and got me through the purchase of a property fairly easily, when I had been out of the market for over 40 years. She's a genuine and caring person, too!

As a first time home buyer there were so many unknown factors when buying a home. So many things can go wrong during the process and it would’ve been an absolute nightmare if it weren’t for Nicole helping me through the process. She is very responsive and most importantly, patient! She helps coordinate mortgage, inspections appraisals, everything behind the scenes that could otherwise be a huge headache. She explains each step and is thorough to make sure I feel comfortable proceeding to the next step. I wouldn’t work with anyone else, I can’t recommend her enough.

What is there to say that probably already hasn't about Nicole! She simply is the best!!! I can speak with experience from my past buying a home was a horrible process and had to fire several agents because they couldn't deliver.Nicole is the opposite of that, she makes the experience of buying a home very enjoyable and exciting.
