I am a repeat client. Selling your house can be an emotional roller coaster. My experience with Nicole was second to none. Going above and beyond as always with communication always at the forefront. Nicole was fantastic throughout the process of both helping me purchase and selling my home. she walked us through our first time as sellers. She researched the history of our home, recent sales and comps in our area, and also helped us with everything from pricing to photos to showings, and made it seamless from start to finish. She is always just a phone call away, Nicole got us well over the asking price which was fantastic! She played a significant role in making a dream of moving to Tampa Florida a reality. Nicole has my highest recommendation, and I cannot thank her enough for her dedication and hard work to our satisfaction.

With out a doubt the market is crazy. No one wants to be a buyer. However if you are a buy i highly recommend Nicole’s team. After being in the market for 2 year, her team was able to get me in a beautiful house that worked for me. She will be honest even if it’s the hard trust. Take her advice. Nicole went above and beyond during our first time buying a home to make sure that everything was what we asked for. She got us into our forever home where my family has been growing very happy.
