Nicole Ritchie

Nicole grew up in Newtown Square Delaware County. She attended Episcopal Academy and graduated from Villanova University with a bachelor’s degree in Human Services. She is a member of TREND and Suburban West Realtors. Her expertise is in Delaware County and Chester County. Nicole has lived and worked in both areas her whole life. Her educational and professional backgrounds have given her the skills she needs to provide her clients with the care and attention they need and deserve. She grew up with Real Estate as her mother has been a realtor for over 30 years. She has a great understanding that this is one of the biggest sales/purchases of one’s life and she strives to make the process as seamless and stress free as possible with constant communication and guidance.
