My wife and I would like to express our great appreciation for the tremendous work Nicole did for us to sell our home. She worked tirelessly managing our home sale, including putting together amazing 3D photos, an interactive floor plan, gorgeous brochures, and creating a fantastic on-line profile of our home.

As this was essentially the first home we sold, she also graciously provided us with much needed and appreciated “education” of the entire home-selling process. She also checked-in with us regularly and provided detailed answers to our many questions, including those that were texted within minutes.

We were completely dreading the thought of selling our home, but with Nicole's care, expertise and attention to detail, the entire home selling experience was virtually stress-free! And to our delight, we received multiple offers (many above the asking price) in less than a week. We absolutely recommend Nicole to anyone wishing to sell their home.

Nicole is amazing to work with. She knows the market and gets what you want, fast. We're first time home buyers and were really busy with planning a wedding. Nicole found us a home after two weeks of looking! From there it only took three weeks to close. I am so happy that I chose her. She sold my house very quickly and above asking price.
She even bought some of the items for staging the house herself because I told her I was moving out of state and didn’t want to add new things for it. She shared all the necessary resources for my house repairs which saved my time and energy great deal. I felt she always put my best interest first. I’ve shared her contact info with my neighbors and co-workers so when they need a great realtor they’ll know who to contact.

I will say that before Nicole was my realtor, she was my friend! Nicole as a realtor and Nicole as a friend share these commonalities: she is there for you; she won't hesitate to give an honest answer or opinion. She is dependable; if you need answers to a question or need information about something, she is there for it. If she says she will do something, she will do it. I can count on her to show me a house last minute, or if she is not available, she lines up another agent immediately! She really has found her niche and to trust her with my home-buying experience was a no-brainer.

My wife and I enlisted the help of our good friend and agent Nicole when looking for our forever home. Nicole is very attentive, stays on top of updates, communicates clearly and goes to bat for her clients. Though we were able to view many houses and have showings very prompt, none spoke to us more than the house we ultimately ended up buying. I remember the day we arrived at the house and immediately fell in love with it. My wife and I knew it was the one we had to have. While on our way back from the hour long hike, Nicole already had our offer in and fortunately it was accepted! Nicole exceeded my expectations. With being a first time home buyer she was awesome at explaining things to me. She never made me feel like I was asking a stupid question. She did a great job in guiding me with all of the decisions that have to be made in this process without feeling like I was pressured. In fact she was very helpful at times when things would feel overwhelming.

I'm at an age where many of my peers have also purchased their first home in the last year or two. Listening to their experiences with good Realtors has shown me that I have a great Realtor. I would definitely recommend Nicole, especially in this market. Beyond being knowledgeable, she was an expert project manager. When the buyer agent was slow to get various steps moving, she kept on top of the whole process and pushed each player to get their step completed. With so many delays it was a miracle we closed on time. If it weren’t for her I don’t think that would’ve been the case. Since we are moving out of state, Nicole used her network to refer us to an agent in the city where we are moving. Kay, the referred agent, is amazing as well. Having an agent with a solid network of well trained, amazingly talented people is a must if you’re moving out of state.

I started working with Nicole in November 2020 to find my first house. She was super friendly and very knowledgeable offering me GREAT advice every step of the way. I decided to use Rural Development to purchase my first home and she had experience with the RD program so she helped me figure out what repairs I might need to make to pass inspection- which in return saved me time during the process because I could prep for what needed to be done. Her communication was on point, always following up with my lender and the seller's agent to make sure all our boxes were checked. I always got the feeling that she wanted me to be satisfied with the process and never hesitated to negotiate requests I made to the seller. It made me feel comfortable knowing that she had my best interest in mind and I could express any concerns I had along the way.
