Nicolette Hanna

Nicolette fondly remembers growing up in a quaint, classic 100-year-old bungalow.

Her mom was an avid gardener, planted fragrant flowers, fruit trees, and veggies and incorporated quirky tile mosaics throughout our backyard. Nicolette's favorite part of her childhood home, however… the pull down stairs to the attic which led to her playroom! The fireplace, hardwood floors, and front porch where she spent so much time evoke a such a feeling of family and home for Nicolette. She appreciates the uniqueness of Portland area homes, and being able to re-live how houses evolve from their original build to how they live today, picturing families and stories along the way.

Nicolette's transition to real estate from non-profit residential energy efficiency work was catalyzed by her attraction to the innovativeness and creativeness of the Portland housing stock. It was also super important to Nicolette to tap into her community in a deeper way; connecting with people one-on-one and being able to actually see the positive outcomes of her work in a tangible way.

Being a real estate agent allows Nicolette to form deep and meaningful connections with people while satisfying her own insatiable curiosity for Portland homes.
