About Nicolette

Nicolette Lisella has been a licensed Real Estate professional since 1989 and a broker since 1991. She holds the prestigious GRI designation, awarded by the National Association of Realtors.

After spending over fifteen years in management, Nickie joined Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in 2017 as a full-time Broker/Salesperson.

In addition to her background in office management, Nickie has received many accolades for her sales production and active participation in the real estate community. She was a ten-time recipient of the New Jersey Association of REALTORS® Circle of Excellence® Sales Award. She was also selected as the 2012 RealSource Association of REALTORS® “Realtor of the Year.”

Nickie has been fortunate to live in Bergen County for over 30 years. As a graduate of Northern Highlands Regional High School, she was able to take advantage of the excellent school system Allendale has to offer. She was again fortunate that her five children had the same experience.

Nickie is very active in the community. She sits on the Stewardship committee at Guardian Angel Church in Allendale and is a Past President of the Allendale Chamber of Commerce. She is a member and current secretary of the Allendale/Saddle River Rotary Club, and has also served as President.
