About Nicollette

My name is Nicollette Hanson, and I’m a WI & MI Associate Broker at Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group. I'm also a WI & MI Licensed Appraiser. I joined the real estate industry in 2013 and have been working towards my career by finishing my Associate Degree in Business Administration, obtaining additional licensing, joining boards and committees, and growing relationships with my prior clients and customers.

There are so many agents to choose from in the industry, so why am I the right one for you? I believe that the education, knowledge, and training I’ve gone through to become an appraiser allow me to stand out from other agents in the area. The experience of being an appraiser allows me to see market trends from other areas and compare them to our local market. I’ve made contacts with numerous lenders not only in our area but others as well. I’ve connected with other outstanding agents from different areas I service for appraising to connect my clients/customers with if they move so they can get excellent service in other places, I understand the appraisal process, what goes into and how comps are chosen, so I’m able to provide a more accurate CMA and market value. I’m a UPR Regional Committee MLS member, a UPR Board of Directors Member, and current President of the Greater Iron Mountain Area MLS.

Now, let’s dive into a little bit about me and my personal life. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my two beautiful and wild children, my husband, and our dog Lola. We enjoy spending time outside around the house or camping during the summer. I love to travel and see different places and experience different cultures. My favorite travel destination has been Roatan Bay in Honduras; the snorkeling is unbelievable.
