About Niffy

Niffy is a Wyoming native who has fallen in love with Steamboat Springs and the Yampa Valley. Born and raised in Cheyenne, Wyoming, she grew up as part of the fourth generation to carry on her family’s rich cattle ranching heritage.

Prior to her real estate calling, Niffy enjoyed teaching at Soda Creek Elementary school here in Steamboat Springs. However, the ranching background sparked the affection that she feels for the historic homes and land that are the backbone of the Yampa Valley and Steamboat Springs area. Her appreciation for this history and the joy of helping people sell or buy a place they can call home is why she became a Realtor®.
