Nika’s love of Detroit was born at a young age when she would tag along with her father into the city on business errands all while gazing up at all the tall buildings - running through warehouses - and spending time on Belle Isle. Later in life her career led her to New York for a brief time, where she refined and cultivated her interest in architecture, design, and the arts.
Upon making her way back to Detroit, Nika rediscovered her love of the city through the world of real estate. She ranked as a Top Producer in Real Estate early on, becoming Top 1% of more than 1 million Real Estate Agents in the country. After working for two different brokerages, she decided to create her own path and founded Nika & Co in 2020, a Boutique Real Estate Brokerage based in Detroit. That same year she ranked #1 in Detroit Residential Home Sales. To date, her company has grown to include knowledgeable and compassionate agents, and in a short time, has closed nearly $60 Million in sales.
In spare time Nika enjoys gleaning inspiration through travels, going to art galleries & museums, and playing records. She currently resides in a historic loft in Midtown, Detroit with her husband Gjon, an automotive designer and abstract painter.
