She had me up late one night just non stop sending me homes we could go look at and then all of a sudden found this gem and we loved it. She helped my wife and I complete our dream. Nikcole has been exceptional during the whole process of helping My Mother and I with the selling of her home. Nikcole had explained everything step by step so we could understand. The day my mother’s house went up on the market, we received an offer that same day! She made sure we knew what was happening and what was the next step for us throughout! If it was possible to have a higher rating than 5 stars i would have done it! Nikcole Listed my home for sale, she went over all the local comps, the paperwork, the process and explained everything. Once I signed, She is like leave it to me!
She started marketing my property not just listing it for sale on the MLS, but sent out flyers, post cards, social media, My house was everywhere!
She planned a open house, I was not thinking that would do much good, (I have sold a house before) usually no one shows up....Not with Nikcole!
& groups of people came to the Open House, She had prepared booklets for visitors that highlighted everything my home had to offer, she took each person on a personal tour, and got a contract that day! She explained the offer and the contract, and we accepted, Did i mention OVER ASKING PRICE!!!!!!
She did not stop there......She scheduled all the inspections, appraisals, walk through, she was there for all of them to make sure they went well and make sure my home and contents were safe! At Closing she was there early to go over everything with me, made sure i was comfortable with all the documents, and closing day was perfect!

In wrapping up the last details with my divorce, I needed to sell the house.
I had planned to sell it, find a rental for a while and look for a new place. Nikcole showed me I could buy a new place contingent upon the sale of my current house and then walked me through the entire process! I would NOT have been able to handle thus without all of her knowledge and assistance during the process (and I am nitpicky, but she explained everything I had a question on!).

Weeks later, we closed on our dream home 😊 The sellers weren't the easiest to deal with, however, Nikcole got us everything we wanted! She really fights for her clients and gets the job done quickly.
