Nikki Blakely-Simmons

Although Nikki sells Real Estate, she also buys and invests in Real Estate as well. Nikki has been an investor in Real Estate since 2004. Through her experiences as a buyer, seller, and investor, she has built her business, NBS Real Estate Group on the premise of two foundational principles, which is: to educate, guide and support as many people as possible in the home buying, selling, and investing process and to teaching them the importance and value of using Real Estate as a vehicle to generate wealth and leave a durable life legacy.

Nikki serves as a Real Estate Specialist to millennials, first-time homebuyers, second-time homebuyers, and military and relocation professionals. She also has a passion for working with and assisting individuals of Generation X, to realize their dream of homeownership for the first time. Nikki is passionate about her work in the Real Estate industry. Her ultimate life goal is to change and transform the lives of others, through the process of educating, coaching, and training on how to generate, duplicate and maintain wealth through the buying, selling, and investing of Real Estate.
