Nikki Hayden is a licensed NAR member in Ohio, Kentucky, and Florida, servicing buyers and sellers. With a background of over 25 years in sales prior to entering real estate, she is an expert negotiator and a strong advocate for her clients. In the last 12 months, Nikki's buy-side production placed her in the Top 1% of Hamilton County. In 2024, Nikki sold over 62 homes, achieving over $31 million in sales volume. Nikki was recognized as the #1 most units sold at Side in 2024. Nikki was featured on the cover of Cincinnati Real Producers Magazine in May 2024, showcasing her significant accomplishments and dedication to her profession. Additionally, she has been appointed for a third term as an associate director of the Northern Kentucky Building Industry Association. Nikki is the new local TV host for American Dream TV.
Nikki grew up in Cincinnati, attended Mother of Mercy High School, and graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in business. She is an alumna of Chi Omega and was a leader on campus. Although she lived in California and Georgia, she returned to Cincinnati to raise her family in Mason, Ohio. Nikki has been a board member of her condo association at The Views in Covington and owns property in Madeira. She now resides in Covington, Kentucky, having lived in Burlington and Florence. Nikki's daughter, Olivia, is 21 years old and attends Western Kentucky University, majoring in nursing. Her son, Cole, is 19 and attends the University of Kentucky, majoring in International Business.
