I contacted Nikki in reference to selling my dads house. After consulting with her on how to proceed she came up with a plan on what we needed to do to get it done. After the meeting we got it listed in 2 weeks. She had one open house and had two contracts over list and had it under contract in three days. Just out of the blue I saw a house listed. Had no intention of purchasing. Nikki was the listing agent and we had never met before. We walked the property she asked me several questions. Before I knew it I had a contract on a house that was best fit for me. Nikki took the time and listened to what I wanted and what worked for me.

I was also having issues with the lender I was using. Nikki provided me with other options and I found someone who also worked for me.

The entire process was painless. Nikki made sure of it. She worked for me and didn't make me feel pressured in any way...

She truly is a great agent, and has found her calling.

They really do go the extra mile to get you top dollar for your home. If you’re interested in purchasing a home whether it’s first time, forever home, vacation or an investment property; this team knows the business and will listen and answer any questions you may have to find you the home that is right for you. Nikki is the best! I was referred to her from a professional connection in Texas. From the start I knew Nikki was the realtor for me. I was moving across the country and buying site unseen! Signed the papers the day I arrived in a huge moving truck and all my stuff in tow. This experience could have gone so many ways but luckily Nikki and her team made it seamless. Her assistant, Michelle, was incredible and the lender she recommended was very helpful. The title company was great too, even let me bring my pup into the office when we signed. We worked with Nikki Nail for almost 7 months to find our new home.
From day one our experience was great!, Nikki was great with answering questions whether via mail or text and also understanding what we wanted in a home.
When our new home was found, things moved quickly without any issues.
Michelle Brusca was awesome, to say the least, she handled the scheduling of inspections and was able to give us a relly good idea of what each inspection piece would cost.
Would highly reccomend if you are looking for home, they are very friendly and professional and will respond within a reasonable amount of time with answers to question you may have.
