While utilizing her degree in Marketing/Advertising working for Real Estate Investment Trusts she started a company, Bella Casa Properties, that has successfully turned a dozen dilapidated properties into quality housing. She also had the opportunity to work for nationally published architect Duo Dickinson where she was able to watch the design build process from start to finish.
As a veteran agent Nikki covers all facets of the real estate transaction from new construction, resale, condominiums, land, and rentals. She lists and sells in many towns along the shoreline, such as East Haven, Branford, Guilford, Madison, Killingworth, and Clinton to name a few.
Born and raised on the Connecticut Shoreline, Nikki cannot imagine living anywhere else. For her, the shoreline is a perfect place to raise a family and create long lasting friendships. When she is not assisting her clients with their important investments, Nikki enjoys acrylic painting shoreline scenes and classic cars. Nikki and her family enjoy taking trips to area car shows, NYC, Newport and hiking/kayaking the many New England trail systems with their Labradoodle Malla (named after Chewbacca's wife because she looks like a Wookie). Nikki and her husband also started Connecticut Shoreline Cars & Coffee which is a group of car enthusiasts who meet for coffee in Guilford every other Sunday to enjoy each other’s automobiles…classic, vintage, European, exotic, muscle cars, hot rods and tuners are welcomed.
Nikki is a member of the Connecticut Board of Realtors, Board member of The New Haven Middlesex Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She is also a proud U.S. NAVY Mom....that is right she raised a sailor! Her eldest daughter Rosie is a Hospital Corpsman serving on the USS O’Kane... #gorosiego She is also a Homes for Hero affiliate...Giving back money to military, law enforcement, fire fighters, teachers, and health care workers when they buy or sell a home.
