About Nikki
Active Realtor Since 2007:
A little about me: I was born and raised from Emanuel County and moved to Statesboro, Ga. in 2004, finishing up my degree from Georgia Southern University in 2006. I decided once I moved to Statesboro, it was my forever home. I have since gotten married in 2014 and had two children. I began my career in Real Estate in 2007. This was also the time the market crashed around 2008-2012. I jokingly reminisce, calling it the great depression when I reference those times. Everyone thought I was completely nuts getting into Real Estate. I had a passion for it, and while disappointed at first, I made it through the hard times.
I can now appreciate those hard times having a commission-based job. I don’t look at my job as an actual job. It’s extremely rewarding. I am a very social person and my clients become long term friends. I keep up with so many through social media platforms long after any transaction.
Buying a home can be a huge milestone to many, as well as selling a home when it has sentimental value. It always feels good to be part of that process. Some circumstances are good and others not. I can tell you I have witnessed them all. First time home buyers, newlyweds, losing a job and house, deaths, & divorce. It’s not always a pleasant experience. People genuinely need help during those times and an experienced realtor to guide them through.
A bit about my educational background, I graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2006 with a major in Sociology and minor in Psychology. I then decided I did NOT want a desk job where I was stuck all day. Real Estate seemed like a good idea. After passing my Sales Associates Exam, I was hired with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Kennedy Realty in 2007. I earned my Georgia Realtor Institute designation right away. I was then driven to obtain my Associate Broker’s license. I was a top producer in Bulloch County for years, earning the Berkshire Hathaway Home Services President’s Circle Award in 2020 and 2021. It came with a lot of hard work, late nights, and weekends. It was not until January 2023, that I joined the Statesboro Real Estate & Investments Team, looking to further my success within Statesboro and surrounding counties. I service Bulloch, Candler, Evans, Jenkins, Screven, & Emanuel Counties among the few. .
If you have any interest in allowing me to represent you, give me a call.
