Being new to the San Diego area and having a young child, we had very specific requirements. What made our home search more challenging was the San Diego market. Nik worked with us over the course of two years in our search for a home. We were extremely happy working with him and developed a great relationship with him. What separates Nik from others are several key characteristics. First, he is VERY easy to work with. He help you learn the area, learn your priorities, and show you a variety of homes. There was never any pressure and that made us feel comfortable. Second, Nik is a master negotiator. He has a great deal of knowledge about real estate, finances, related law, and general home related issues for new homeowners like us. My wife and I had a great experience working with Nik and his team. They helped us buy our first house and we couldn't be happier. At first it was tough because all of our offers were getting beat out by cash buyers. I think it was our 4th offer when we went into escrow. Nik helped us every step of the way. Walked us through all of the home inspections and paper work, and even met the inspectors at the house for us. We never found ourselves in a situation were Nik couldn't easily explain it to us.
