Nimrod was born and raised in Haifa, Israel. Back in 1999, while serving as the vice president for a global international company, he was sent to Northern Virginia to open and manage a local branch. During that time, he was in charge of acquiring real estate property for the company, Nimrod enjoyed the process and soon fell in love with this business. Today he is serving as a branch manager for Realty Pros in North Bethesda, Maryland. He is working hard to share his love for this business with our associates who are carefully selected not only for their skills and experience but for the core values, honesty, care for clients, patience and attentiveness, and desire to provide excellent service.
Personally, Nimrod has years of experience representing buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. He has had hundreds of real estate sides of transactions, averaging more than fifty per year.
He prides himself in patiently guiding his clients closely and personally. Consider his service as boutique one rather than that of a chain or mass production realty office. He loves his work, and he loves working with people. Other than his US clients he has clients from all over the world and he is very proud of that. As part of Nimrods training in real estate, he graduated from the exclusive Graduate Realtor Institute program and continued to the optional fourth chapter of this program.
He has extensive experience with all sorts of residential real estate properties, condominium’s, town house, detached homes, coop. Whilst attending hundreds of home inspections with my buyers he’s acquired wealth of information and experience with home systems, structure, appliances, roofs, fences, lawns, wood destroying insects and so on.
In his military career he served in various high rank positions, among them he was an operations officer. The skills he acquired throughout my military career help him serve his clients in assessing, planning, and achieving their goals.
