Nina Porter moved from Stowe, Vermont to Windham, NY in 2001 and has actively been selling real estate in the Windham area since. With 23+ years in the industry, Nina brings her intimate knowledge of the market, the community, the people, and the area’s natural resources to her work with clients.
Nina attended the University of Massachusetts earning a BA in counselling. Certified as a transformative coach, Nina has unique insight in how to best serve the needs of her clients. She is both an effective communicator, and negotiator. Attentive, responsive, trustworthy, and honest, Nina works hard for her clients. Helping people find their Mountain home & getting to know her clients gives her great pleasure.
Nina spends much of her free time engaged in outdoor recreation and considers the Catskill Mountains her playground. She has been a long time board member of the Windham Area Recreation Foundation and volunteers for the Wounded Warrior program. She moonlights as a transformative coach and is a certified nutrition coach & a 500 YA yoga instructor. Nina is fulfilled by playing in the outdoors with her family & friends, helping those in need and sharing her passions.
