Nina is a total professional - an expert on reading the market, preparing comparables, and providing advice on showing your home to best advantage. As our listing agent she knew exactly what to do to move the process along and found a buyer in a difficult market that changed dramatically between our listing date and final sale. She really goes the extra mile to solve any problems that arise and has the connections to handle everything that needs to be done to complete the sale. And she's a pleasure to work with! Can't recommend her highly enough!!

Nina is a wonderful real estate agent to work with; she is very professional and understands the real estate market very well. She listened to our specific needs and ideas about our future house, never showed frustration with our hesitations and slow decision making. she was willing to show us many houses anytime that suited us, often during the weekends. Once we have chosen The house, she patiently guided us through the buying process. We liked her friendly unassuming nature so much that we asked Nina to help us also to sell our old house, she was great as a listing agent too. She took care about everything necessary in listing our house, helped to stage our house, prepared brochures and professionally taken picture were impressive. She showed it off to prospective buyers and negotiated and discussed with us different offers and our options. We highly recommend Nina to anybody planning to buy or sell a house.
