About Noel

Noel Igot earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Franciscan University of Steubenville Ohio. He has experience (16+ years) in tax, accounting, and personal finance consulting services. In the beginning of his career, Noel worked for the largest regional public accounting firm (Formerly Beers + Cutler and now known as Baker Tilly) in the Washington D.C. Metro area where he specialized in tax services for large businesses (technology, automotive, real estate and government contracting industries) and high net worth individuals/families. With the strong desire to help individuals and small/midsize businesses, Noel transitioned to the audit department of a small/midsize business focused CPA firm, where he gained valuable experience in assurance and accounting consulting services. Noel is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the state of Virginia and holds the Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) designation from AICPA and CIMA. In 2014, Noel decided to further expand his service offerings to meet his client’s real estate needs by becoming a licensed Realtor with Keller Williams Realty Loudoun Gateway. His goal is to provide a comprehensive solution to buying, selling, and investing in real estate. Noel's real estate clients know the true fiscal IMPACT of the real estate deal which can only be provided by the combination of experience and expertise of a CPA and a Realtor. Noel has always been enthusiastic about real estate and believes that a CPA/CGMA/REALTOR® combination will help him actualize his desires to be the trusted advisor. Noel lives in Leesburg, VA with his beautiful wife and four children.
