Noelle came to San Diego in 1993 after graduating from New Jersey University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Prior to entering the real estate field, she worked in the area for years in a people-oriented career. Part of her enthusiasm for real estate started as a result of coming from a successful real estate family.
